Getting to Know You
It starts with a conversation. We sit down together to talk about how you live, what you need from your home, and what matters most to you. Whether you have architectural plans in hand or are starting with a blank slate, this is where we begin to understand your vision and establish a budget and timeline that feel right.
Design & Preconstruction
Working with your architect or our in-house team, we develop and refine the design together. We don't maintain a plan book — every home is fully custom. During this phase we provide detailed cost estimates so you can make informed decisions about materials, finishes, and scope. No surprises.
Selections & Details
This is where your home starts to take shape on paper. We walk through selections together — finishes, fixtures, materials — and we're here to guide you through the choices. We focus on the fundamentals first, then work our way into the details, so the process never feels overwhelming.
Construction
As building gets underway, you'll have a dedicated superintendent on your project and regular check-ins to see progress firsthand. We keep you informed and involved — this is your home, and you should feel connected to the process of building it. Questions are always welcome.
Walk-Through & Move-In
Before we hand over the keys, we walk through your new home together. We address every detail on the punch list and make sure everything meets the standard we both expect. Our goal is for your home to feel like yours from the very first day.
